An Excellent Fall Experience. Guaranteed.
Our commitment to academic quality and student success will never change, even in the face of a global pandemic. And that’s a promise.
In fact, we’re so confident in the quality of our education that we’re giving you until October 9 to experience it risk-free. If you aren’t satisfied, we’ll allow you to withdraw from the fall semester without academic penalty — and you’ll get your money back (not including residence fees).
Your post-secondary education is a huge investment in your future. At Sheridan, you will be immersed in meaningful learning, prepared, supported and connected. We’re ready to commit. We hope you are too.

High quality education
Our faculty have spent the past few months retooling, rethinking and reorganizing creative and interactive ways that curriculum is delivered to you. Virtual simulation labs, remote musical productions and our Virtual Internship Program are just a few examples of how we’ll continue to stretch your thinking, build your skills, advance your knowledge and immerse you in the joy of learning. So, get ready for learning experiences that are much more than recorded PowerPoint presentations and one-way video lectures.
Health and safety
Your health and safety is our top priority, and we’re ready to protect you during any in-person activity your program may require. That includes even more intensive cleaning protocols, maximum head counts on all of our campuses, enforcement of physical distancing, mechanism to report and track health status— even providing you with “care kits” that include reusable masks.
Making it affordable
We’ve taken concrete steps to make sure you’re prepared for your investment in post-secondary education, offering reduced deposits, flexible payment plans, cut or reduced ancillary and program fees that usually support on-campus access and services, financial assistance programs and a full money-back guarantee.
Supporting your success
Learning remotely doesn’t mean learning alone. We’ve adapted all of our services and outside-the-classroom programming to ensure you feel supported here at Sheridan, beginning with orientation events. Our staff continues to work remotely via phone, chat, video and online support, providing services such as personal counselling, academic and career advising, information technology, library resources, assistance with assignments and citation, tutoring, time management tips and more.As part of our commitment to your success, we’re introducing a couple of programs that will support you in transitioning to remote learning; Sheridan Start and Learn Well.
Virtual Campus Life
At Sheridan, we understand that the college experience extends far beyond academics. In May, we launched a new innovative online campus hub that makes it easier than ever to connect with your peers and professors. You’ll also have opportunities to build friendships through live-streamed activities, crowd-sourced study notes and virtual gatherings such as clubs, study halls, coffee hangouts, yoga sessions and cooking classes. Once it’s safe to do so, we’ll be sure to re-introduce more on-campus activities.
